With a strong academic foundation from Rutgers University, where she earned her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with minors in Biology and Psychology, completed a rigorous Dietetic internship and earned a Master’s Degree in Sports Nutrition and Entrepreneurship from Wellness Workdays and Simmons College.
Patricia’s diverse experience spans several key areas of nutrition, including diabetes management, cardiovascular health, critical care, sports nutrition, and weight loss surgery. Her journey has not only been shaped by her professional endeavors but also by the insights gained from reading and traveling abroad.
These experiences led her to the realization that a fulfilling and healthy life doesn’t require restrictive diets or extreme exercise routines.
