I think that most of us were born to live a long, healthy and happy lives. But for some reason our belief gets in the way as we age, our lack of consistency of not adhering to the discipline of eating a wholesome diet, drinking fresh juices and maintaining a regular exercise program.

The problem is not what you eat or drink occasionally that determines your level of health but rather what you consume on a daily basis.

So it is very important to choose foods that are grown locally, which are usually the freshest along with wholesome foods.

We have strayed a bit from Nature so going forward we'll focus on our nutrition that will heal our bodies as the first step on the journey to a more healthy lifestyle.

Omega BMJ330 Stainless-Steel Pulp-Ejection Juicer

For you to make fresh juices at home you'll need a juicer.

In order to select the best juicer that will fit your family's needs, you should know a little about the different types of juicer - centrifugal or masticating juicers, how they works, how much noise and vibration it produces and how long you can expect it to perform under normal conditions.

My favorite and one of the finest centrifugal juicers made is the Omega Juicer.... manufactured in the United States of America and carries a ten year guarantee.

Enjoy great tasting juice, an added health benefit to eating a wholesome diet and exercise, from this juicer that squeezes every nutritious drop out of carrots, oranges, kale, pineapple and part of your nutrition program to lower your high blood pressure.

This Omega BMJ330 Commercial 350-Watt Stainless-Steel Pulp-Ejection Juicer is very powerful and extracts a high amount of juice from your fruits and vegetables.

Juicer has an over-sized chute that allows you to fit a whole apple and variety of produce with not much preparation.

The unit is easy to clean, relatively quiet, the juice is virtually pulp-free and requires no straining before drinking, UL approved, and carries a ten year limited warranty.

Wheatgrass Juicer

This wheatgrass Omega J8005 Nutrition Center Single-Gear Commercial Masticating Juicer, Chrome and Black slowly rotates its blades inside the juicer, which presses the juices from sprout, wheatgrass and soft vegetables, which does not oxidized your juices.

High speed juicer tends to oxidize the sprout or green juices producing oxidation which is a grey, metallic tasting juice.

Oxidized juice is effectively spoiled juice.

So you need both high and slow speed juicers to make wheatgrass juice and green drinks.

Innovative Treatment - Symplicity HTN-3

This exciting innovative treatment was first reported in London, January 2012, and now the Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan has also performed this procedure.

Great news for anyone suffering with elevated or malignant high blood pressure.

A cure is definitely in sight.

The procedure involves threading a thin tube into the femoral artery through the groin that leads to your kidney's two arteries, where they destroy part of the nervous system stopping the messages being sent between them and your brain.

It is a forty minutes procedure that is administered under local anaesthetic.

Exactly how it works is not clear but your kidney's nervous system plays a role in blood pressure regulation. It is thought that due to faulty signals between your brain and kidneys along the renal nerves your blood pressure is being maintained at a higher level.

Always peel waxed cucumber before juicing.

Yield

Five ounces of juice.

Cucumbers are natural diuretic, exceptionally rich in potassium which promotes flexibility in your muscles and will give you cells elasticity.
