Sugar Crush And Hypertension

Did you know that your sugar crush and refined carbohydrates do contribute to hypertension in a number of ways? Could you be addicted?

See how I avoid the bad kind of sugar while still enjoying delicious tasting meals and snacks here.

INSULIN RESISTANCE

Today's sugar products consist of sucrose, high-fructose, corn syrup, the dominant sweetener of sodas and processed foods.

This is a contributing factor to insulin resistance that is associated with weight gain, and along with other underlying health factors leads to diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and heart disease.

Know that real food is low in sugar and high in fiber. You can break your sugar crush cravings, and reverse hypertension. It is possible. For more on this read my page on sugar and high blood pressure.
